Lead design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver full‑stack enterprise applications. Mentor junior engineers, liaise with stakeholders and vendors, produce technical documentation, conduct code and design reviews, implement tests and automation, and provide on‑call support. Work with credit reporting specialists to research and respond to consumer credit disputes under FCRA and Metro 2® rules, validate and correct reporting data, communicate with members, complete training, and ensure accurate credit reporting and positive member experience.

Lead development and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting. Investigate model performance, coordinate with modeling teams, partner with Accounting and business units to gather inputs, establish reporting governance and documentation, and communicate macroeconomic impacts and financial analysis to stakeholders.

Provide consultative guidance and deliver life, personal lines, auto insurance, and annuity contracts to members. Use SECU tools and lead platforms to meet productivity benchmarks, support newer specialists, coordinate complex scenarios, build referral networks, and advise leadership on best practices.

Provide regulatory compliance support within the credit union: review disclosures and member-facing materials, research laws and regulatory changes, assess complaints and vendor compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, and assist with audits and examinations.
