Lead production of operational intelligence by integrating data from ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Jira and other platforms. Design, build, and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms using IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes/EKS, and automation. Implement SRE practices, build reusable platform tooling (Python/Go), integrate security and compliance, improve observability and incident response, and collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to support production environments.

Process and manage life insurance new business cases from submission through commission payment. Perform good-order reviews, policy prep, cancellations, and follow-up on outstanding requirements. Maintain case status, meet SLAs, ensure regulatory compliance (AML, privacy), coordinate with distributors and internal teams, support continuous improvement, and provide backup Concierge support as needed.

Provide cross-territory sales support to financial advisors and advisor consultants by handling consultative calls, scheduling meetings, onboarding support, campaign and event coordination, producing sales materials and analyses, managing inbound requests (including at conferences), and assisting pre-meeting prep to drive advisor engagement and sales effectiveness.
