Role Overview:
The Sales Support Specialist is an individual who serves as a flexible resource across multiple territories while acting as a connector between the sales field and other departments. This role blends sales support and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and team effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
Advisor Consultant Support:
• Conduct consultative, relationship-building sales calls via the telephone with financial advisors and other licensed professionals
• Articulate Mutual fund & ETF objectives while also processing strong capital markets (domestic and international) knowledge
• Coordinate and schedule in person and virtual meetings with financial advisors on behalf of Regional Advisor Consultants.
• Be on-demand support for ACs, RACs and AACs across various territories during transitions, vacancies, onboarding, or campaign surges Handle inbound line
• Support onboarding and integration of new team members by stepping into partnership roles during their ramp-up period
• Campaign and Event coordinator; flash call organizers, handling lunch and dinner reservations, and crafting invites to events
• Printing materials; sending updated printing materials to sales field like data pack hit lists
• Running comparison analysis and hypotheticals
• Taking notes on calls
• Assisting in pre meeting prep for sales field
• Handling inbound line and incoming requests during conferences like NSM
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead peers, collaborate cross-functionally, and think strategically
• Skilled in CRM platforms, sales reporting, email communication, and advisor engagement
• Confident managing multiple priorities and shifting between tactical execution and strategic contribution
• FINRA licensed (Series 7/63 or equivalent)

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $65,000 + sales incentives
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: No
Sales bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
