Performs routine electrical design engineering, calculations, power distribution analysis, equipment sizing, electrical database updates, one-line diagrams, material requisitions, drawing checks, and design documentation under the supervision and mentoring of experienced engineers. The role supports oil and gas projects while developing knowledge of engineering standards, project requirements, costs, and company procedures.

Manages core HR operations across performance management, employee relations, onboarding, total rewards, mobility, training, recognition, reporting, and offboarding. Resolves complex cases, applies policy judgment, maintains HR data accuracy and compliance, supports global processes, partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, and leads process improvements. Provides guidance and mentoring to HR team members while ensuring consistent execution across HR systems.

Develops and evaluates product designs based on customer needs, budgets, market research, and industry trends. Creates sketches, specifications, and computer-modeled designs; conducts theoretical testing; selects materials and manufacturing processes; and oversees assembly to ensure products meet specifications and safety regulations. The role supports production and fabrication activities under team guidance.

Supports the administration group with daily administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling, research, project coordination, meeting documentation, document preparation, and stakeholder communication. The intern contributes to team projects, maintains accurate records, responds to inquiries, and develops administrative and organizational skills while learning established procedures and office tools.

Manages global supplier registration, onboarding, compliance reviews, categorization, approvals, and supplier master data. Supports procurement stakeholders, resolves onboarding and system issues, maintains documentation, assists with audits, and communicates with suppliers worldwide. The role also contributes to process improvements, procurement system enhancements, training materials, and efficient, compliant supplier administration.

Leads end-to-end ERP data conversions, including extraction, mapping, cleansing, enrichment, loading, reconciliation, mock conversions, testing, issue resolution, and status reporting. Collaborates with ERP program leads and functional and technical teams to develop conversion strategies and finalize data mappings. The role requires independent problem-solving, advanced technology expertise, and experience leading global teams.

Administers complex subcontracts for projects and bids, including proposal evaluation, negotiations, policy compliance, flow-down requirements, reporting, audits, subcontractor performance reviews, and closeout. Advises project and home-office leadership, develops subcontracting procedures and strategies, resolves subcontract issues, maintains documentation, and coordinates with field subcontract personnel. Requires substantial Oil & Gas subcontract experience and field experience.

Coordinates engineering disciplines, subcontractors, deliverables, schedules, scope, change management, customer approvals, quality, procurement, and project reporting. Supports engineering execution planning, constructability and model reviews, technical queries, audits, safety studies, and resolution of interface issues across engineering offices, fabrication yards, and offshore operations. May supervise project personnel and act as deputy project manager. Travel is required as necessary for customer and project meetings.

Leads business development for offshore oil and gas projects, assessing opportunities, developing capture and bidding strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary international teams, negotiating contracts, preparing offers, and supporting investment decisions. Builds customer relationships, manages forecasts and budgets, oversees risk and compliance, and guides project development from origination through contract signing. Develops team capabilities, mentors employees, supports succession planning, and aligns commercial activities with company strategy.
