Lead and transform eToro's US compliance function as the designated CCO across US entities. Build a risk-based compliance framework, manage regulatory engagement (SEC, FINRA, FinCEN, OFAC), oversee AML/BSA accountability, ensure regulatory reporting, embed a progressive compliance culture, own AI compliance for US products, align with Group compliance, and recruit and develop the US compliance team.

Monitor and analyze customer transactions to detect potential money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Investigate and document alerts, escalate high-risk cases, prepare suspicious activity reports, and ensure AML/KYC/CTF compliance. Maintain and optimize transaction monitoring systems and records to be audit-ready, and recommend improvements while participating in ongoing AML training.

Lead local ADGM risk management: maintain risk register, design mitigation strategies, monitor operational resilience, produce regulator-mandated reports, lead audits, review financial promotions, and act as the registered Data Protection Officer ensuring ADGM data protection compliance.

Lead user acquisition and growth across the GCC by scaling affiliate, IB, and influencer ecosystems; build revenue-driven partnerships with financial institutions; manage partner relationships and optimize ROI through performance analysis.

Lead crypto product strategy and execution across custody, transfers, wallets, and core infrastructure. Define roadmaps, run data-driven experiments, collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and vendors, ensure secure production of money-moving features, and use AI tools to accelerate work while staying current on crypto networks and regulations.

Provide frontline support to Spaceship members across email, chat, and phone; resolve account issues (deposits, withdrawals, verifications), manage complaints, escalate to compliance, use product knowledge and AI tools to deliver accurate, compliant responses, and feed member insights into product improvements.

Support trading lifecycle by reconciling trades and positions, monitoring exposures against risk frameworks, analyzing trading performance, operating post-trade and settlement processes, liaising with liquidity providers, and collaborating with traders, risk, and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient trading operations.

Integrate LLMs with backend services and internal systems, develop embeddings and retrieval, implement tool-calling and agentic workflows, optimize for scalability and cost, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to embed AI into operational workflows.
