At a time of massive innovation, we are actively transitioning our marketing operations by building cutting-edge, in-house AI tools to automate campaign creation from concept to code.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the full campaign process - from concept and setup to QA, localization, delivery, performance analysis, optimization, and reporting. Whilst working closely with stakeholders across the organization to support both marketing and operational campaigns, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across channels and languages.

What will you be doing?
- Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing and operational campaigns.
- Own the end-to-end campaign process, including content, design coordination, segmentation logic, development, localization, QA, delivery, analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.
- Build, test, and deploy email and notification campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and basic HTML.
- Work directly with our beta in-house AI tools (utilizing Codex and advanced AI integrations) to generate campaign concepts, strategies, target audiences, and code.
- Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, data, design, and regional teams.
- Manage multilingual campaigns and ensure accurate localization and delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay agile! While you will have routine duties, you must be ready to pivot quickly to launch high-priority, real-time marketing campaigns based on market events or product launches.
- Actively look at our processes and tools, flag issues, suggest new features, and help us optimize how we run campaigns.
- Experience: Around 1+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing operations, or a highly technical/analytical environment. (Prior exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a major plus, but we will train you if you have the right aptitude!).
- The "Fast Learner" Mindset: You excel at picking up new software, learning on the fly, and creating your own step-by-step guides to master unfamiliar systems.
- Tech & AI Savvy: You have basic comfort with HTML /CSS for emails and a strong interest in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n) to optimize your daily workflows. Even a personal interest and affinity for experimenting with AI tools for coding & prompting.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English. You are comfortable presenting your ideas, explaining your thought process, and collaborating across global teams.
- Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly, and you know how to manage your time effectively under pressure.
Advantageous if you have:
- Experience building internal AI tools, automations, agents, GPTs, or AI-assisted workflows.
