We are looking for an experienced, high-ownership Product Manager to join our core Money & Crypto team, bridging traditional fiat payments with cutting-edge crypto infrastructure.-
This position is based in Limassol, Cyprus, and requires on-site work
Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Own critical money-movement flows end-to-end, including deposits, withdrawals, payment methods (cards, open banking), and crypto/wallet transfers.
- Cross-Functional Lead: Act as the main POC connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors (PSPs, custodians, on/off-ramps).
- From Requirements to Shipping: Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear specs, collaborating with engineering on APIs and integrations.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk (using Mixpanel, Databricks, etc.).
- Experience: 4+ years of PM experience at leading B2C tech companies (Fintech, Payments, or Crypto) handling real customer funds.
- Domain Literacy: Strong understanding of traditional payments (cards, bank transfers, PSPs) AND crypto infrastructure (custody models, wallet flows, MiCA, Travel Rule).
- Data & UX Skills: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and possess a strong UX sensibility (Figma, Miro).
- AI-Native PM: Daily user of LLMs/prototyping tools, capable of building interactive prototypes and describing concrete AI workflows.
- Mindset: An independent self-starter and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Skills Required
- 4+ years product management experience at leading tech companies (B2C)
- Experience in crypto, payments, wallets, or regulated brokerage (preferred background)
- Experience with custody models (custodial vs non-custodial), MPC, hot/cold wallets
- Familiarity with on/off-ramp providers, exchanges, and blockchain provider integrations
- Knowledge of blockchain networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, L2s) and wallet transfer flows
- Experience with KYT/AML processes and crypto security standards
- Familiarity with API infrastructure for custodians, exchanges, and blockchain providers
- Strong UX skills and experience with tools like Figma and Miro
- AI-native fluency using tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Mixpanel AI, Databricks Genie) and building AI workflows
- Proven track record of driving growth and meeting business objectives in money-moving products
- Excellent analytical skills; experience with data analysis, A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
- Strong collaboration and communication skills working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Ability to prioritize, simplify complex processes, and own end-to-end product delivery
- Passion for crypto, blockchain and disruptive financial products; strong learning aptitude
