Design, develop, and document controls software for electro-mechanical HVAC systems. Implement communications (Modbus, BACnet), write efficient code, create specs and diagrams, perform debugging, commissioning, and field support. Collaborate on hardware integration, control panel design, code reviews, and process improvements while following best practices and Agile development.

Lead and scale a global Advanced Technology function owning the end-to-end technology pipeline from scouting to NPI readiness. Build and manage four core teams, enforce a structured execution model, drive technology sourcing and partnerships, align decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, protect IP, manage budget and resources, and represent the company externally to advance strategic technology initiatives and commercialization.

Provide technical design solutions, 2D drawings, BOMs, selections, and customized quotes for data center projects. Develop mechanical/electrical designs to code, optimize manufacturability and performance, support order fulfillment, troubleshoot installed equipment, and coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and service teams. Occasional travel for site visits and presentations.

Lead controls design and development for NPI projects, translating product requirements into hardware and software controls. Design and validate systems for motors, pumps, valves, sensors and BMS integration (BACnet/Modbus). Develop V&V plans, create panel drawings and BOMs, qualify suppliers, lead cross-functional teams, document best practices, execute lab testing, author ECNs, support field issues, present controls strategy, and ensure regulatory code compliance.

Serve as primary finance business partner for Milford plant: own site financial performance, reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, SOX compliance, capital spend, KPIs, and lead cost-out and productivity projects while supporting corporate and Americas finance initiatives.

Design and develop complex product concepts and sub‑assemblies for NPI programs, own DFMEA, validate prototypes and initial production, lead cross‑functional problem resolution, apply DFMA and root cause analysis, and support prototype fabrication and manufacturing visits.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel and expense support, preparing presentations and documents, event and meeting logistics, recordkeeping, internal communications, and serving as backup support for executive office functions.

Provide mechanical product design support: create 3D models and drawings, support manufacturing and sales, participate in testing and new product launches, resolve design issues at plants, and define engineering documentation best practices.

Support strategic sourcing through spend analysis, RFQ administration, commodity pricing tracking, and procurement reporting. Build Power BI dashboards, analyze supplier pricing and market trends (copper, aluminum), and partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings and supplier competitiveness.

Lead the PMO to standardize methodology, portfolio/demand management, resource forecasting, financial governance, risk tracking, and vendor oversight. Stand up tooling, run governance and executive reporting, support large programs (including global SAP), and hire/coach project and program managers to improve on-time, on-budget delivery.
