Support senior analysts on U.S. chemicals equity research by building and maintaining earnings, cash flow, and valuation models; using Excel, Python, and AI workflows for forecasting and scenario analysis; writing and editing research publications; and analyzing industry, macro, and supply‑chain drivers for commodity, specialty, and diversified chemical producers.

Act as hands-on primary developer for trading tools, dashboards, data pipelines, and workflow automation; provide production support; partner with traders across NY, London, and Hong Kong; recruit and grow a small engineering team; coordinate with Prime Broker Services Technology on architecture and releases.

Lead Japan finance and accounting operations for the firm: manage billing, AR/AP/GL, revenue recognition, month- and year-end close, regulatory and tax reporting, audits, IFRS and US GAAP financial statement preparation, internal controls, and local compliance for broker-dealer/capital markets activities.

Lead and execute M&A, equity, debt, and advisory transactions for European real estate clients. Manage full deal processes, build financial models and valuations, prepare pitches and market insight, support origination and client relationships, and mentor junior team members across international teams.
