Leads and develops a team of Principal Consultants supporting complex GuidingCare healthcare payer implementations. Oversees delivery quality, capacity, assignments, client engagement, escalations, practice standards, hiring, and career development. Lead architecture, development, and technical strategy for scalable healthcare software integrating GuidingCare and Wellframe. Own technical roadmaps, complex system solutions, code quality, compliance, on-call support, and engineering standards. Mentor software engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate across teams, and drive adoption of cloud, containerization, and AI-assisted development tools.

Leads a 50–100-person software engineering organization across healthcare payer products. Owns engineering strategy, cloud modernization, AI-assisted productivity, CI/CD quality, end-to-end product delivery, production readiness, stakeholder communication, talent development, and engineering culture. Requires extensive software engineering leadership, cloud-native architecture, hands-on programming experience, modern DevSecOps practices, and familiarity with scalable SaaS platforms. Healthcare payer domain experience is preferred.
