Manage and develop a client services team delivering retirement plan services to plan sponsors, brokers, and financial partners. Oversee hiring, training, performance management, service levels, reporting, workflow, process improvements, and confidential data handling while ensuring professional development and client service objectives are met.

Support clients and Client Service teams by preparing and QCing IRS Form 5500, performing advanced retirement plan compliance testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), 415, 402(g), 416), performing complex contribution calculations (QNEC, QMAC, profit sharing, match), resolving employer calculation/production issues, interpreting plan adoption agreements, updating training materials, participating in post-mortems, and protecting confidential client data.

The Actuarial Analyst will support pension actuarial consulting services by reconciling data, drafting reports, updating software assumptions, and interfacing with clients, all while pursuing actuarial credentials.

Lead compensation planning for India including merit, promotion, and bonus cycles; analyze internal and market data; maintain salary structures and databases; support survey participation; design total rewards and incentive plans; advise HR partners and stakeholders; communicate and implement reward programs.

Lead and grow engineering, QA, DevOps, support, and data architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure software. Drive agile delivery, CI/CD, IaC, SRE, test automation, and platform initiatives. Operationalize AI with governance and production patterns, ensure compliance and security, manage budgets and vendors, and align technology strategy with business outcomes.

Manage creation and maintenance of fund lists and corporate action processing for nonqualified plan liability recordkeeping. Oversee fund-specific earnings processing, resolve transactional issues, coordinate with vendors and operational teams, and serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor. Ensure adherence to SOPs, data confidentiality, and high-quality, timely service.

Perform daily cash and unit reconciliations for non-qualified plan trusts, ensure asset/liability hedging, research and resolve discrepancies, recommend financial adjustments, manage participant payments and tax documentation, assist trust setup, perform QA reviews, and improve reconciliation controls and processes while collaborating with internal and external partners.

The role involves planning and implementing participant communication and engagement strategies for retirement plans, ensuring effective education programs, and maximizing participation rates.

Serve as primary contact for assigned defined contribution retirement plan clients on a record-keeping platform. Provide day-to-day support, resolve escalations, coordinate with sponsors/advisors/vendors, facilitate meetings and sales presentations, document procedures, and identify process improvements while meeting deadlines and ensuring client retention.

Lead and deliver transformation projects, manage stakeholders and vendor relationships, implement BPM (Pega preferred), drive ROI, leverage ML/RPA tools, hold Black Belt certification, and support US shift timings.
