Lead and oversee a DHS/CBP support services contract focused on training, safety, curriculum development, and technical modernization. Serve as primary government interface, manage resources, ensure federal compliance, mentor cross-functional teams, and deliver programs on time, on budget, and to accreditation standards.

Manage government contract administration for a federal training program: track milestones and budgets, prepare contract modifications, coordinate with COR and internal teams, verify deliverables, and provide daily operational oversight for training environments.

Remote role with periodic onsite presence in Silver Spring, MD.

Design, develop, and evaluate multi-modal instructional packages (virtual, classroom, eLearning, simulations). Conduct agency-wide needs analyses, collaborate with SMEs, and create full lifecycle training plans to build FDA staff competencies.

Produce and edit user guides, e-learning scripts, video scripts, and marketing assets that translate scientific, medical, and IT concepts into clear, publication-ready documentation. Enforce language standards, resolve author comments, refine layouts, and adapt style for multiple formats while collaborating with subject-matter experts.
