Design multilayer, high-density PCBs for aerospace motor controllers. Develop layouts using Mentor Expedition, run SI/PI/EMC analyses with HyperLynx, prepare manufacturing data (Gerbers, BOMs), maintain component libraries, and coordinate with schematic, packaging, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
