Drive new business by prospecting manufacturers, retailers, and suppliers for Syndigo’s in-store/category management solutions. Use consultative selling to demo SaaS products, qualify needs, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline in Salesforce/Clari, and hit activity and revenue KPIs with cross-functional collaboration.

Lead onboarding, training, and adoption for enterprise B2B SaaS customers; act as primary customer contact and trusted advisor; drive renewals, expansion, and retention; coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct QBRs, monitor account health, and mentor CSM team members. Travel to customers as required.

Lead strategy and execution for PXM platform features using an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle. Define requirements, build POCs/prototypes, partner with engineering, drive releases, coordinate launches, train users, and advance AI and autonomous agents to automate workflows and improve data quality and customer productivity.

Lead concepting and execution of high-quality, on-brand visual design across digital, web, campaigns, events, and marketing. Maintain and evolve brand identity, design systems, and templates. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales, present concepts to stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and work with external vendors. Drive motion graphics/video work, leverage market insights, and champion AI to scale creative workflows.

The PMO Analyst will support project management activities, administer PMO tools, generate reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives while ensuring data accuracy.
