Design, prototype, and validate mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through manufacturing. Run experiments, analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create test jigs, and document engineering findings to transition research into product architectures.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, KPI tracking, and decision support for product launches and international entries. Support month-end and year-end close, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, assist audits, maintain GAAP compliance, and design, test, and implement AI and automation workflows to streamline finance processes and system integrations.

Support HubSpot email and landing page builds, create and QA automated workflows, manage list segmentation and event communications, track basic performance metrics, maintain event calendars and checklists, troubleshoot workflows, proofread content, and assist with occasional day-of event logistics.
