Lead sales and development of lifecycle concepts and digital services in China. Bridge technology units, regional sales, and capital project teams to drive service sales, achieve financial targets, manage customer relationships and negotiations, coordinate cross-functional integration, support planning and KPIs, enable local teams through training, and ensure customer experience, profitability, marketing support, and compliance.

Lead electrical design deliverables for paper industry projects from specification through site commissioning. Ensure design quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with QA and ISO systems. Support FAT, installation supervision, and commissioning; guide junior engineers; improve design processes and implement 5S. Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and maintain customer-facing technical communication.

Design, build and refine process simulation models and analytical functions for operator training, system testing and digital twin development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, support product development, testing and occasional travel to deliver simulation-based solutions for pulp, paper, energy and other process industries.

Manage daily procurement activities: source and evaluate suppliers, issue RFQs and purchase orders, perform supplier audits and quality inspections, handle claims and corrective actions, maintain agreements and KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time, quality material delivery.

Sell and promote flow-control products by building customer relationships, assessing technical needs, preparing quotations, negotiating and closing orders, coordinating order execution and delivery, providing technical support, and meeting sales targets while traveling to customer sites.

Design and engineer mechanical systems for projects of varying complexity: produce 3D models, assembly and detail drawings, complete BOMs, perform calculations and 3D scans, ensure contract compliance, provide technical customer support, supervise small design teams, and support assembly, testing, startup, and service.
