Responsible for driving Automation Systems sales within the Pulp and Paper industry across the USA Northeast. Build and manage customer relationships, identify market opportunities, execute strategic sales initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical support and customized solutions, and report market insights to product and R&D teams. Will travel within the territory and must hold a valid driver’s license.

Lead Flow Control sales across Spain targeting end users and OEMs in refining, chemicals, renewables, gases, metals and mining. Generate leads, quote, negotiate, close orders, meet revenue targets, build customer relationships, promote continuous improvement and HSE, and travel extensively.

Perform mechanical engineering tasks for sales and delivery projects, ensuring schedule, quality, budget, HSE compliance, and contract fulfillment. Support design reviews, standardization, risk identification, continuous improvement, and project team goals while communicating best practices.

Design and customize electrical and PLC/HMI control systems for tissue converting equipment, produce schematics and BOMs, support sales/purchasing/service, resolve electrical non-conformities, manage tips/mods projects, and travel to customer sites as needed (up to 25%).

Support sales by translating customer technical needs into products and service solutions. Conduct site visits and technical discussions, prepare technical/commercial quotations, calculate costs/pricing/margins, process orders in LN, follow up on pipeline, deliveries and recurring service opportunities, and feed field feedback into service and lifecycle improvements.

Perform process engineering across sales and delivery phases, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement. Execute basic and detailed engineering tasks, support design reviews, manage risks/costs, standardize processes, and support project teams to meet contract and performance goals.

Provide end-to-end valve service support including 24/7 emergency telephonic support, respond to service and sales enquiries, generate spares/service quotes, perform installation, testing, commissioning, PM and overhauls of control, on-off and ESD valves, manage installed base and reporting, and promote service agreements while ensuring HSE and service quality compliance.

Lead design and delivery of network, public cloud (Azure/AWS), and hybrid infrastructure solutions. Own service quality, SLAs, vendor management, and regional project coordination across India and Asia. Drive infrastructure strategy, capacity planning, automation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure scalable, secure, cost-effective operations.

Support global QHSE process harmonization, manage documentation lifecycle, develop Power BI dashboards, and drive Lean-based continuous improvement and digitalization across operations.

Design and support mechanical service and retrofit projects for roll, fold, and packaging equipment. Contribute technically to multidisciplinary projects, optimize existing service solutions, and share knowledge for engineering alignment to improve scalability, continuity, and response times.
