Collaborate with escalation engineers and work outside normal hours when required.

Design, architect, and implement end-to-end AEM headless solutions using AEM as content source and React/Next.js front ends. Lead AEM component development, SSR/SSG implementations, cloud optimizations, integrations (APIs, analytics, CRM, SSO), performance tuning, migrations, and technical leadership including code reviews, documentation, and mentoring in Agile teams.

Lead U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, tax provision, and audit defense. Research tax developments, coordinate and respond to audits, maintain tax policies and systems, coach and manage staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. May require occasional late nights, weekends, or holiday coverage during period ends.

Design, build, and operate containerization solutions and Kubernetes clusters (EKS); create automated CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform and Ansible; deploy, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Dev/QA/Prod environments; implement disaster recovery and infrastructure-as-code; collaborate with development and QA teams and provide on-call support.

Manage accuracy of general ledger for assigned companies, perform month-end close, statutory and tax reporting, VAT/Intrastat submissions, reconciliations, European consolidation, audits, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, hedging/revaluation, and support process improvements and accounting projects.

Manage a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts payable transactions, resolve PO-to-invoice and vendor discrepancies, prepare journal entries, support month-end close, review AP coordinator work, train junior staff, and handle escalated AP issues. May provide late-night, weekend, or holiday coverage as needed.

Provide proactive and preventive support for NetApp storage systems on-premises or in cloud. Handle customer tickets, respond to alerts, deploy centralized services, produce monthly reports, advise customers, collaborate with internal teams and NetApp support, and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
