Provides financial support to executive management through annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and close processes, project financial analysis, consolidated reporting, ad hoc analysis, and financial modeling improvements. The role partners across functions, supports process efficiency and changing business economics, and manages multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a hybrid work environment.

Own P&L, drive revenue and profitability, build vendor/partner relationships, lead transformation and go-to-market strategies, and promote security, AI, automation, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Design, analyze, prototype, and test electronics hardware (power converters, motor drives, valve controllers) using SPICE, Altium/OrCAD, and MATLAB/Simulink. Create hardware requirements, schematics, PCB inputs, test procedures, and verification reports. Perform thermal, derating, DC load, and magnetics analyses; manage components/obsolescence; lead small/medium projects; mentor junior engineers; interface with suppliers/OEMs; ensure airworthiness and product readiness.

Develops Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint dashboards and recurring management reports; validates data quality; performs trend analysis and statistical deep-dives; translates complex datasets into business insights and executive recommendations; and automates reporting workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The role also supports data cleaning and modeling, business analysis, and communication with global stakeholders.

Maintain sales records and CRM data, generate sales reports, learn company products and services, provide customers with product information, assess needs, recommend suitable solutions, and conduct phone or Microsoft Teams demonstrations while answering questions and addressing objections.

Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads through inbound and outbound outreach. Qualify prospects by budget, authority, need, and timeline; nurture early-funnel leads; maintain CRM records; collaborate with marketing; identify upsell opportunities; and meet pipeline and conversion KPIs within the IT solutions market.

Manage APAC FX risks and execute FX trades; develop and enhance hedging strategies; support regional insurance program administration and renewals; participate in treasury projects (cash management, refinancing, automation, treasury systems); analyze cash activities, bank loans, interest, and bank fees; perform ad hoc treasury assignments.

Lead continuous improvement across distribution centers by optimizing inbound/picking/outbound workflows, facility layouts, and workstation ergonomics; perform data analysis and time studies to set labor standards and capacity plans; manage capital, cost-reduction, and automation projects; integrate and support WMS/WES/LMS systems; conduct root-cause analysis, implement CAPA, author SOPs, and deliver technical training.

Lead Arrow's strategic partnership with Microsoft, develop and execute business plans, manage forecasts and pipeline, coach and lead Business Development and Account Managers, drive demand generation and value-based selling, support complex commercial engagements and C-level opportunities.
