Handle capacity planning, performance tuning, replication, firmware/patch upgrades, troubleshooting, OEM escalation, change management, and disaster recovery planning while collaborating with IT teams and customers to provision storage and deliver solutions.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B campaigns and nurture programs across digital and in-person channels. Manage budgets, agencies, and workflows; measure performance and deliver data-driven insights; support ABM, events, sales enablement, customer advocacy, and use AI-enabled tools to improve campaign execution.
