About this opportunity
The Marketing Campaign Specialist supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of prioritized campaigns, demand generation, and nurture-flow initiatives to strengthen Ericsson's brand and drive sales growth with both new and existing customers. Working closely with Market Area and Global Marketing & Communications teams, this role delivers integrated, data-driven campaigns across digital and in-person touchpoints, including the use of AI-enabled tools to streamline execution and performance measurement.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role - spanning brand awareness, reputation, and employee experience - that involves working with agencies, leveraging data to optimize campaigns, and collaborating across a fast-paced, international environment across the Americas.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day digital campaigns and nurture programs, coordinating with agencies, internal stakeholders, and platform owners.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across priority customers and markets, aligned with global programs and local business needs.
- Translate global programs into locally relevant campaigns across the Americas Market Area, aligned with sales priorities.
- Coordinate campaign workflows end-to-end: briefs, content, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Execute demand generation and nurture activities across digital, social, email, paid media, employee advocacy, webinars, and events.
- Create, optimize, and manage paid media budgets to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI.
- Maintain and optimize always-on programs and nurture flows in collaboration with marketing automation and sales teams.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate across Market Areas, Business Areas, and Global teams to ensure consistent messaging and a coherent customer experience.
- Partner with Customer Units, Sales, and Business Areas to co-define ABM programs, field events, digital launches, and sales enablement plans.
- Support customer success stories, advocacy initiatives, and co-marketing activities with customers and partners.
- Drive activation of campaign assets, including internal enablement tools such as sales plays, toolkits, and advocacy programs.
- Provide operational support for customer events, executive briefings, and workshops.
- Use AI-enabled tools for content creation, targeting, testing, and reporting, and share learnings with the team.
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, demand generation, or field/digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology, telecom, or IT with regional responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience executing integrated campaigns with measurable outcomes across digital and in-person channels.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms, with strong analytical and data-driven skills.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly across marketing, sales, and other functions.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance campaign quality and performance.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
