About this opportunity
Ericsson Expert Analytics (EEA) is a real-time, multi-vendor, cross-domain, big data analytics solution that is tailored for telecom. EEA measures perceived customer experience for each individual customer based on correlated metrics and events from network nodes, probes, devices, OSS/BSS, and other sources. By converting data to impactful insights, using AI/ML methods when appropriate, EEA allows operators to predict, prioritize and resolve customer-impacting events.
What you will do
As part of our Developer team you will focus on CI and CD systems, maintaining the deployment infrastructure of the service (packaging, automated deployment, Kubernetes cluster and microservice infrastructure) and integration to a large-scale IT environment. You will provide support to and cooperate with CI and Service delivery teams.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Cloud Infrastructure knowledge such as working experience in Service Based Architecture, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Experience in one of the following: Python, GO or C++
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices
- Solid Linux knowledge
- Experience in effective AI usage for work (documentation, pair working, review, ...)
- CI Pipeline knowledge with Jenkins (job creation, modification/refactor and maintenance)
- Experience in version control systems (Gerrit, Gitlab)
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Creative thinking, problem solving ability
- Determined mindset
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
It's a huge plus if you have
- IP and Telecom Domain knowledge
- Experience in creating advanced software architectures, redesign and refactoring is an advantage
- Test automation
- Experience in Jira ticketing tool
