Co-op role to design, build and deploy agentic AI systems for telecom: develop AI agents, backend APIs and web frontends, prototype Copilot Studio solutions, analyze network data, containerize and deploy on cloud (Docker/Kubernetes), support CI/CD and collaborate in an Agile team.

Provides technical guidance while improving reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog for Ericsson Network Manager, aligning features with market and customer value. Defines acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done, clarifies requirements, breaks epics into user stories, supports planning and reviews, and coordinates release and integration activities. Leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, customer satisfaction, delivery flow, and organizational learning while collaborating with cross-functional teams and product owners.

Leads telecommunications site acquisition and deployment across assigned markets, overseeing leasing, zoning, permitting, real estate, regulatory approvals, compliance, budgets, risks, service providers, and pre-construction activities. Serves as the entitlement subject matter expert and escalation point, manages customer reporting and deployment calls, oversees A&E firms, drives continuous improvement, and mentors site acquisition teams.

Owns and executes RAN software upgrades, configuration changes, rollback planning, and post-upgrade validation for live 2G/3G/4G networks. Coordinates with NOC, field engineering, RF, software teams, and vendors while meeting SLA/WLA targets. Troubleshoots LTE site issues, monitors network KPIs, maintains change documentation, develops runbooks, conducts training, and recommends process improvements to improve service stability and quality.

Leads end-to-end post-GA business operations for Ericsson BSS products, including team leadership, workforce planning, budgets, forecasting, maintenance lifecycle decisions, release quality, third-party support licensing, governance, metrics, and operational improvement. The role partners across product development, support, finance, sales, and services to drive standardization, customer focus, automation, AI adoption, service readiness, and sustainable operational performance in global, matrixed environments.

Manage and improve service delivery by creating tools, processes, and training to boost workforce productivity. Develop and implement delivery models and frameworks, analyze performance and data trends, strengthen competence via career planning and certification, ensure compliance with legal, financial, data security, and E+OHS standards, and promote automation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to drive global efficiency and profitable growth.
