About this opportunity:
We are looking for a forward-thinking, technically strong leader "Head of Post GA Business Operations" to take end-to-end responsibility for BOS Post GA Business operations within BCSS BOS SWPS Unit within SA BOS. In this operations Post GA role, you will shape how we GA BOS Products within budget and govern nuances around the same.
This position reports to the Head of Global and Product Support within BCSS BOS SWPS Unit and partners closely with BOS PDUs, BOS PDGs, BOS Global Support, BOS SWPS, BOS Global Sales and Services.
What you will do • Manage teams, performance, workforce planning, competence development, succession planning, and employee well-being.• Own offering-level budgets, forecasting, cost control, and value realization.• Oversee Post-GA Maintenance operations, including lifecycle decisions, release quality, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.• Coordinate third-party support licenses, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reporting.• Own and improve processes, methods, tools, documentation, and governance.• Manage Maintenance metrics, reporting, data quality, business reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.• Influence stakeholders across SA BOS, PDU, Maintenance, Finance, Product Development, and Support.• Promote standardization, transparency, accountability, customer focus, and fact-based decision-making.
The skills you bring• University degree in Engineering, ICT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus• 18+ years in telecom BSS/OSS Product Development, Program Office, including 12+ years in leadership roles with accountability for Design Maintenance delivery in domains like Ericsson Charging, Ericsson Billing, Ericsson Orchestration etc• Proven people leadership managing large, cross-functional teams , with focus on talent development, performance management, and building a high-performing culture• Deep experience in automation/industrialization, AI/GenAI adoption (including agentic solutions), CI/CD/DevOps, product lifecycle upgrades/adaptations, and service readiness in cloud-native, programmable network environments• Ability to operate as a senior interface to Sales/Portfolio/Engineering/Services with clear governance and stakeholder alignment in matrixed, global environments• High integrity, strategic mindset, customer-centricity, and a track record of driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
