About this opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and talented SOX Reconciliation Analyst to help strengthen and scale reconciliation capabilities across the company. In this role, you will build and maintain reconciliations using a variety of reconciliation tools, support and enhance existing processes, and develop new reconciliations for teams across the business.
You will provide strong and stable leadership through projects, deadlines, and change while supporting the vision of the Billing department and the company's core values. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about relationship building, order-to-cash transformation, process improvement, and efficiently scaling a growing business.
What you will do• Perform analysis of reconciliation exceptions to identify trends and root causes, improving efficiency across reconciliation and processing activities.• Complete tasks independently using a wide range of systems, tools, and procedures.• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance billing and reconciliation efficiency, accuracy, and control.• Generate ideas for and contribute to the development of reports and metrics related to workflow improvement and performance analysis, helping enhance the client experience.• Proactively analyze key work drivers and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation and other technologies.• Conduct daily account reconciliations using available reporting and subject matter expertise to resolve breaks or direct them to the appropriate owners for resolution.• Build, maintain, and enhance reconciliations that support teams across the company.• Collaborate cross-functionally to support reconciliation initiatives, projects, deadlines, and continuous change.
What you will bring• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accountant or related area.• Hands-on SOX experience.• Experience in reconciliation activities within a similar industry, such as telecommunications, financial services, SaaS, or utilities.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google applications.• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.• A detail-oriented approach and a commitment to accuracy.• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting.• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
