Manage new sales and renewals for Research Intelligence across the Midwest. Use consultative selling to expand accounts, drive renewals, execute account strategies, maintain Salesforce/Clari accuracy, gather market feedback, support product/GT M, attend trade shows, and build relationships with senior stakeholders in academic and research institutions.

Lead a US-focused editorial team to produce timely, accurate legal content. Manage resources, implement modern workflows (including AI-enabled tools), use data to improve processes, and collaborate across product, technology, and operations while coaching and developing staff.
