Manage and govern project documentation for a PMO on a large Riyadh infrastructure program: register, track, control, and distribute drawings, submittals, RFIs and reports; maintain EDMS and revision control; monitor submissions and approvals; perform audits; support archiving and handover; produce status reports; and act as the document control interface between PMO, PMCMs, designers, and contractors.

Lead and manage systems engineering teams delivering rail and transit command, control, and communications systems. Oversee system-level engineering across design, integration, testing, commissioning, requirements, interface management, verification/validation, and systems assurance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, authorities, suppliers, and operations to ensure operational readiness and long-term maintainability.

Manage cost management and reporting for a large rail construction program. Lead a project controls team, assess impacts of design/schedule changes, develop reporting systems, produce statistical/cost reports, and interface with clients and stakeholders.

Lead development and standardization of PMC reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Consolidate project data into portfolio-level reports and executive summaries, produce regular and ad-hoc performance analyses, and align reporting with schedule, cost, risk, and change controls. Manage and improve reporting tools and automated data models, enforce data quality standards, communicate trends and risks to leadership, train project teams on reporting best practices, and drive continuous improvement of reporting processes.
