Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Interface Manager (Stakeholder) (Saudi National) to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, government entities, public authorities, and key decision-makers to support successful project delivery.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders and industry peers to remain informed of industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Facilitate coordination and transparency with government authorities on matters that impact transportation policies and project objectives.
- Lead engagement efforts to resolve critical interface issues between project infrastructure and existing utility networks, including power, water, telecommunications, and other service providers.
- Support the client in promoting the development of an integrated public transportation network through collaboration with key transportation stakeholders and operators.
- Coordinate closely with traffic and public safety authorities to ensure effective traffic management and stakeholder alignment throughout project execution.
- Assist the client in managing land acquisition processes, access requirements, and stakeholder approvals to support project schedules.
- Monitor emerging stakeholder concerns, regulatory changes, political developments, and industry trends that may impact project strategy and delivery.
- Support community engagement initiatives and stakeholder outreach programs to enhance the project's public image and foster positive community relationships.
- Provide strategic stakeholder management advice and recommendations to support project goals and client objectives.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 15 years of related experience with a technical degree or higher.
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement activities on large-scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups in complex project environments.
- Experience managing teams and leading major projects or multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within evolving environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
