Serve as a Release Train Engineer supporting Joint Staff and CDAO data and AI initiatives. Manage Epics, Program Increments, sprint cycles, Agile ceremonies, cross-functional technical tracks, and federal client reporting within Palantir Foundry. Coach data engineers and scientists, remove blockers, coordinate Digital Use Case development, and ensure alignment with SOW, FedRAMP, ATO, and DoD security requirements. Build Foundry dashboards and analytical workflows to monitor velocity, bottlenecks, and program health.

Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics for Department of Defense missions. Responsibilities include data exploration, feature engineering, statistical analysis, model deployment and monitoring in secure environments, analytical visualization, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior data scientists. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and experience with Python or R, AI/ML techniques, data governance, and federal compliance.

Own end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI-enabled products for the Joint Staff CDAO. Translate mission needs into product vision, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs. Coordinate stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, analysts, and cybersecurity teams; manage iterative delivery, risks, dependencies, reviews, and executive communications. Monitor performance and user satisfaction while supporting governance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement for Department of Defense initiatives.

Provides senior technical and program support to contact center staff handling customer inquiries and equipment issues. Responsibilities include escalating complex cases, reviewing interactions for quality, identifying training and process needs, maintaining support materials, onboarding staff, preparing operational reports, monitoring service issues, supporting continuous improvement, and assisting during high-volume periods. The role includes on-call and rotating weekend duties.
