Provide on-site mission assurance support for the Sentinel program including technical reviews, quality, risk, safety, reliability assessments, program metrics, corrective action management, and support to Program Quality Managers across manufacturing, inspection, and test activities.

Lead a site scheduling department, manage schedule baselines, ensure EVMS compliance, support bids and audits, provide hands-on scheduler guidance, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with program and business leadership. Domestic travel ~10%.

Lead technical authority for IMU/IRU system architecture and integration. Develop and execute OU investment strategy and roadmaps, define/validate high-performance hardware and algorithms, assess technical proposals and risks, support business development, mentor systems engineers, ensure design review integrity and adherence to engineering processes, and promote reusable technical assets and continuous improvement across programs.

Lead systems engineering and integration for the KDC & STOS Integrated Node on the Sentinel program. Manage a team to develop and verify physical architecture, requirements, MBSE models (Cameo/DOORS/Rhapsody), perform trade studies, coordinate across product and program teams, support CDRs, and ensure electrical, mechanical, thermal, HEMP and radiation-hard integration to meet weapon system requirements.

Lead RF systems engineering efforts for multifunction RF sensors across lifecycle: requirements, architecture, algorithm development, simulation, hardware-in-the-loop integration, test and fielding. Serve as technical lead and RF SME, mentor team members, conduct trade studies, derive requirements, perform performance and data analysis, and engage customers to balance functional and performance needs.

Lead research and development for proliferated space mesh networking, build and emulated network architectures, apply SDN/SD-WAN and carrier-grade protocols, deploy virtualized network functions and cloud-native SDN controllers, ensure cybersecurity/Zero-Trust alignment, engage stakeholders and industry consortiums, and shepherd program development tied to classified and unclassified work.

Provide technical leadership for GN&C on the Sentinel program: develop/verify/validate 6-DOF flight simulators, design and implement guidance, navigation, and control algorithms, perform tuning and stability assessment, develop analysis tools, evaluate system performance against requirements, and analyze flight test accuracy and root causes.
