Responsibilities include defining scopes, preparing execution plans and documentation, coordinating internal teams and suppliers, managing schedules, costs, margins, risks, changes, and progress, issuing purchase orders, supporting site execution, and completing invoicing and handovers. The role also requires stakeholder relationship management, corrective action, contingency planning, and compliance with company and HSE procedures.

Supports PLM and engineering applications by troubleshooting application, system, and data issues; writing SQL reports; maintaining data integrity; and assisting with system administration. The role develops reports, dashboards, documentation, validation tools, and user training materials, while supporting upgrades, testing, process improvements, and vendor collaboration. Work is performed under the guidance of a Senior Analyst and progresses toward ownership of engineering systems and business processes.

Leads and coordinates project preservation activities across mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation, and structural disciplines. Acts as the preservation focal point with clients and project teams, manages PIMS requirements, monitors Mechanical Completion progress, prepares status reports, expedites ITR and punch-list closure, and ensures documentation and preservation procedures are completed. Leads and trains the preservation team while coordinating with production, warehouse, QA/QC, and other stakeholders throughout fabrication and project completion.
