The Staff Analog Design Engineer will define architectures for analog/mixed-signal components, lead design projects, and collaborate across teams for successful production release.

Lead digital architecture and RTL teams for power-management ASICs, owning design, verification, synthesis, timing, low-power strategies, and tool flows. Collaborate cross-functionally, support pre- and post-silicon validation (FPGA, emulation, SoC platforms), and implement process and tool improvements for complex PMIC, DC-DC, AC-DC, LED driver and multiphase controller designs.

The Process Engineer will support the development of new technology platforms and processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in semiconductor manufacturing and data analysis.

The Senior Lithography Engineer will optimize lithography processes, execute experiments, drive yield improvements, and support production operations with data analysis and team collaboration.

Develop and qualify etch unit processes for wide bandgap power technologies from feasibility through production ramp. Collaborate with process integration, device, equipment, and packaging teams to ensure manufacturability, high quality, yield improvement, and fast time-to-market. Lead characterization, monitoring, defect reduction, tool capability improvements, and cross-functional due diligence projects.

Lead analog IP development for power-management ICs (DC-DC PMIC/POL, multphase, DrMOS, AC-DC, LED, SiC drivers). Own architecture, circuit design, verification, silicon debug, layout coordination, and transfer to production while mentoring teams and collaborating across systems, verification, validation, product and marketing.

Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, PR, and content; support lead generation and nurturing; create and localize technical content with FAEs and engineers; use CRM/automation/analytics and AI tools for tracking and optimization; coordinate events and on-site execution; manage marketing database and provide day-to-day project support.

Support accounts payable by auditing vendor invoices, reconciling statements of account, responding to supplier queries, assisting monthly close and accrual identification, escalating recurring issues, recommending A/P process improvements, and helping other group areas as needed.
