Field Applications Engineer responsible for SiC market investigation and technical field support of onsemi SiC bare die and module products. Engage customers on product selection, specifications, system design, reliability, quality, and manufacturing. Support Power Module manufacturers (OEMs and Tier 1), collaborate with field sales to drive design-ins, present technical materials, and coordinate internal debugging and application engineering.

Lead and manage multiple new product development programs from feasibility through product release. Plan schedules and budgets, drive cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, track metrics, present status to executives, and improve NPD processes while ensuring projects meet timeline and budget goals.

Lead quality and reliability for new product development in semiconductor products, analyzing data, managing projects, and interfacing with customers and teams.

Support and improve a specific packaging/process area: sustain production, drive yield and cost-reduction projects, analyze failures (EFAR), close line abnormalities, qualify new machines/packages/processes, and generate reports and training for operations.

Develop standard cell libraries including layout, schematics, and modeling. Create Python/Linux scripts and automation. Analyze and validate digital block parameters. Collaborate with international teams in Brno and beyond.

Support image sensor technology development from development through volume manufacturing. Drive yield and performance improvements, process changes, NPI ramp, and cost reduction. Work cross-functionally using probe, in-line test, failure analysis, and yield tools; document process changes and lead projects within a global matrixed team.

Support photo (wafer) process engineering to improve yield, quality, cost, cycle time, equipment uptime and capability. Lead process robustness, capacity expansion and technology projects, report to stakeholders, and develop team capability.

Manage reliability qualification and risk assessments for semiconductor devices, executing reliability plans, and leading investigations into qualification failures, while ensuring compliance and collaboration across departments.

Lead global memory development strategy and roadmap for non-volatile and volatile memories. Own portfolio decisions, oversee IP architecture-to-production, manage third-party partners, and build a high-performing, cross-functional memory team aligned to business and platform goals.

Support Global AP with supplier tax and bank account setup, 1099 compliance, W8/W9 cleanup, month/quarter/year-end close tasks, audit schedules, and assist other team areas as needed.
