We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer (Sustaining) to support the manufacturing, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of Power MOSFET products. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams across Wafer Fab, Assembly, Test, Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Business Units to ensure product performance, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing excellence. The role includes yield monitoring, failure analysis, qualification, product transfer, and resolution of customer and manufacturing issues.
Responsibilities- Sustain and improve Power MOSFET product performance, yield, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate product and manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Support qualification, product transfer, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and manufacturing challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, cost, quality, and cycle time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
- Experience in MOSFET Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Yield Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Failure Analysis.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical characterization, semiconductor manufacturing processes (Wafer Fab, Assembly, and Test), and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, DOE, and Six Sigma is an added advantage.
- Experience with SPC, JMP, Minitab, or other statistical analysis tools is also preferred.
