Lead a team supporting and optimizing Epic outpatient/ancillary modules and digital services. Oversee updates, incidents, change requests, enhancements, analytics, governance, and security. Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders, manage project delivery and vendor relationships, and drive service excellence and compliance in ambulatory digital operations.

Lead and manage end-to-end analytics and visualization projects: design visual storytelling, build and maintain analytical models, automate reusable self-service tools and reports, mentor staff, establish best practices, and coordinate data acquisition, deployment, and retirement.

Analyze large heterogeneous clinical and operational datasets to discover insights and build predictive models. Develop or modify scripts and applications for data extraction, management, and analysis. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Mayo Clinic Platform clients: assess technical needs, onboard and train users on data science and deployment tools, triage technical/data issues, liaise with internal teams, collect program metrics, and translate client feedback into product improvements to drive program success and expansion.

Lead regional growth and retention of high-value strategic partnerships for Mayo Clinic Platform. Manage and mentor a team of relationship and technical success managers, drive client engagement and satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional execution, set performance metrics, resolve escalations, identify expansion opportunities, and represent the organization at industry events to align client goals with Mayo Clinic capabilities and inform R&D priorities.

Prepare and review general ledger entries, reports, reconciliations and analyses to assure financial data integrity. Support finance team and leadership, develop management reporting and variable-sensitive models, interpret finance policies, identify process improvements, provide compliance support, and mentor/train staff.

Lead technical execution of the Mayo Clinic Platform roadmap: design, build, and support foundational cloud platform capabilities, standardize integrations, implement CI/CD and monitoring tooling, ensure security and compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST), mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging technologies and proofs-of-concept.

Lead the Faculty Information Management System and Academic Career Information Modernization initiatives. Drive technical product vision, roadmap, requirements, governance, data readiness, integration, and delivery across cross-functional teams. Apply Agile methods, manage budgets/schedules/OKRs, mitigate product risks, engage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality user experiences and vendor relationships.

Provide clerical and secretarial support including transcribing correspondence, calendar and meeting management, phone triage, filing, preparing reports/meeting materials, travel and expense processing, and record maintenance while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and high service quality.
