Designs and develops firmware for power modules, including requirements analysis, specification, embedded hardware and software design, coding, debugging, testing, and optimization. Supports troubleshooting and maintenance of products in production. Requires proficiency in C and Assembly, embedded MCU or DSP development experience, and knowledge of power electronics circuits and communication interfaces.

The role requires power supply industry experience, strong customer-facing presentation skills, technical expertise, and fluent English.

Develops test plans, executes functional, integration, acceptance, performance, and reliability testing, validates hardware-firmware interactions, manages defects, supports automation, and collaborates with hardware and firmware teams. Produces quality metrics and release reports while improving test coverage and product reliability.

Develops next-generation thermal management and cooling systems for high-density data centers. Responsibilities include advanced mechanical design, engineering calculations, CFD and 1D modeling, prototyping, proof-of-concept testing, design validation, technology scouting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role addresses complex thermal architectures involving heat transfer, fluid mechanics, refrigeration, liquid cooling, manufacturability, energy efficiency, and cost.

Analyzes and consolidates logistics data to develop dashboards, scorecards, and operational KPIs. Builds centralized logistics data repositories, identifies data integrity issues, supports Lead Logistics Provider optimization, and partners with logistics, procurement, operations, and master data teams. The role drives process standardization, continuous improvement, documentation, training, and data-driven decision-making across domestic and international logistics operations.

Owns Procurement activities for new product and engineering-driven projects from concept through production readiness. Responsibilities include early supplier engagement, sourcing strategy execution, RFQs and competitive bidding, BOM cost and risk tracking, supplier capability assessment, procurement phase-gate readiness, and support for prototype and pre-production builds. The role partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Program Management, and Commodity Management to improve cost, resilience, lead time, and supply continuity across global manufacturing regions.
