As a Business Development Manager, you will drive strategies for Stryker's Neurovascular portfolio, manage distributor success, and implement marketing plans across ASEAN.

Partner with a Sales Representative to support promotion and sale of orthopaedic medical devices across hospitals. Participate in OR cases, product evaluations, clinical support, account expansion, product trials, and in-services. Lead and develop a dispersed invoicing team across EMEA and LATAM; manage end-to-end event and faculty invoice processing, purchase orders, high-risk payments, master data, and stakeholder partnerships while driving process improvements and maintaining audit-ready documentation and KPIs.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile/Scrum, track and report sprint progress, drive cross-functional collaboration, and improve program management practices across embedded and hardware engineering teams.

Lead EMC compliance strategy for medical device products: develop and execute EMC test plans, perform root cause analysis, manage certification labs, and collaborate with design, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure global market access and ongoing compliance.

Support HR administration including preparing contracts, maintaining employee files, assisting payroll processing, handling employee-administration queries, and monitoring legal/regulatory changes.

Process ServiceNow requests per SLAs, maintain vendor/customer/employee master data, update chart of accounts and project codes, prepare and maintain SOX controls, implement corrective actions, and support process standardization and stakeholder collaboration.

Design, prototype, and test software components for geometry and CAD/CAM systems. Lead code reviews, estimate development effort, develop per requirements and architecture, produce engineering documentation, follow medical device design controls and risk management, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory-compliant product development.

Provide phone and email support to sales teams and healthcare professionals, perform service order entry, data cleansing, and invoicing using SAP and Salesforce, follow SOPs, and offer after-hours support as needed.
