The Master Data Management Junior Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of ServiceNow requests in accordance with established policies and guidelines. This role supports various projects, prepares SOX controls, and provides backup support for team members as needed.
What You Will Do:
- Process incoming requests in alignment with SLA requirements, policies, and guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with various departments and proactively manage stakeholder relationships
- Prepare and maintain relevant SOX controls and documentation
- Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by supervisors or auditors
- Perform tasks within the scope of services, including vendor and employee master data maintenance, chart of accounts updates, intercompany vendor/customer maintenance, and project code management
What You Need:
Required:
- Bachelor’s or HBO degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in finance master data management (e.g., vendor, customer, items, employees, or chart of accounts)
Preferred:
- Proficiency in an additional European language
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow management tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG Pro, or similar platforms.
