Coordinate regional HR operations for Brazil, including end-to-end payroll, talent and performance processes, HR service requests, data analysis and reporting, process improvements, change management, benefits administration, HR communications, training, and supporting annual compensation reviews.

Lead end-to-end embedded platform architecture and lifecycle for Mako 5 and Flex OS, integrating security-by-design, vulnerability assessment, OSS compliance, and post-market product security. Drive cross-team standards, platform hardening, and mentor engineering teams to improve quality and accelerate releases.

Develop and execute verification, validation, and software testing strategies and test cases during product development. Perform non-functional and formal system verification testing, collaborate with software and end users, and support research-phase projects.
