Lead forecasting, budgeting, projections, and monthly profit and loss reporting for the Medical APAC division. Analyze sales, margins, and operating performance; present financial results and recommendations to regional leaders; evaluate investments and sales initiatives; coordinate with accounting, compliance, tax, and risk teams; and deliver finance process improvement projects.

Partners with experienced sales representatives to identify opportunities and develop customer accounts across operating rooms, healthcare facilities, and office-based procedural settings.

Mechanical Engineering Interns support research and development teams in new product development, product engineering, or test lab activities. Responsibilities include researching technologies and customer needs, designing or improving medical products, developing prototypes and test fixtures, conducting design verification, performing root cause analysis, documenting processes, and presenting findings. Interns collaborate cross-functionally and apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced medical technology environment.

Supports monthly financial close activities, including invoice processing, journal entry preparation, netting item clearance, and balance sheet reconciliations. The intern also assists teams in improving accounting processes while gaining practical experience in a healthcare industry setting. This is a six-month hybrid internship requiring at least 20 hours per week.

Define vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities; partner with engineering, architecture, UX, sales, and customers; drive discovery, requirements, go-to-market, and lifecycle management; ensure scalability, security, interoperability, and business performance; gather market and customer insights; evaluate partnerships and competitive landscape; mentor teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Partners with commercial and marketing leaders to plan, forecast, report, and analyze Singapore joint replacement and trauma business performance. Provides financial insights, models risks and opportunities, supports go-to-market strategies, prepares management reports, tracks sales and expenses, and manages budgeting, projections, month-end close, and strategic planning. Improves reporting processes through Power BI, automation, and cross-functional optimization while maintaining financial governance.
