Job description
This role provides effective execution and delivery of training sessions, onboarding activities, and system transactions in alignment with established standards and procedures. Deliver, manage, and coordinate execution of routine training activities, supports learning content development, and ensures the effective execution of training processes.
This role partners with stakeholders and contributes to the continuous improvement of training programs and systems, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and process enhancements.
What will you do:
Support the implementation of training requirements aligned with Corporate, Divisional, and local QMS, while helping maintain readiness for current and future business needs.
Empower managers and process owners to fulfill their training process responsibilities, provide tools and resources to enable and sustain their long-term success.
Represent Technical Training processes during regulatory body audits/inspections and support requests for training records and/or evidence for qualification.
Facilitate training sessions to employees and support onboarding activities, ensuring a positive learner experience.
Coordinate logistics for training events, manage orientation documentation, and maintain training schedules.
Update training procedures, plans, and supporting documentation, as required.
Troubleshoot course and access issues, manage ServiceNow tickets and system requests.
Review, approve, and execute training-related QMS change control tasks.
Collaborate with peers to implement standard processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Assist in managing relationships with local vendors or institutions for training delivery.
Support the implementation of local or geographically focused training initiatives.
Provide support for NC/CAPAs related to training outcomes or the training process.
Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and determine priorities that translate into training requirements and/or programs to implement.
Act as an escalation point, drive collaboration with stakeholders and team members to resolve process/system issues, and deviations to drive them to resolution.
Generate and distribute training metrics and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Perform additional duties and projects, as assigned, to support enterprise priorities.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-4 years of experience in learning coordination, facilitation, or LMS management.
Experience designing and developing eLearning content preferred.
Strong understanding of learning technologies (LMS, ServiceNow, content authoring tools).
Required Skills / Knowledge:
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated organizational and document management skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively self-prioritize tasks, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and consistently adhere to quality requirements.
Experience in interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.) preferred.
Fluent in written and oral English – C1 Level (writing documents, meeting minutes, conference calls, etc.)
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO 13485 regulations.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
Well versed with MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint; highly proficient with Excel spreadsheets.
