Design and sustain electrical systems for air- and water-cooled chiller platforms. Responsibilities include developing electrical power and control panels, variable speed drives, wire harnesses, engineering documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance. The role provides technical direction across engineering, production, laboratory, service, applications, and marketing teams while improving design workflows and supporting product lifecycle activities.

Develop and support electrical designs for chiller products across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include creating drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation; supporting prototypes, testing, validation, production release, engineering changes, compliance, and issue resolution. The role collaborates with mechanical, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective, manufacturable solutions.

Own escalated production incidents across application code, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and networks. Lead root cause analysis and permanent remediation, improve observability, manage Terraform infrastructure, operate Kubernetes across Azure and AWS, execute upgrades and migrations, strengthen change safety and automation, and support government and data-residency-sensitive environments. Participate in on-call rotations and represent Engineering during severe customer incidents.

Sells repair work identified during fire and life safety inspections. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, following up on quotes, closing sales by phone, maintaining customer relationships, tracking deficiencies, reporting sales activity and metrics, and coordinating with service and inspection teams to support repairs.

Provides daily production support for Oracle EBS Financials, HR, and SCM applications. Troubleshoots issues within SLAs, supports sub-ledger and month-end close, analyzes PL/SQL procedures and technical or functional programs, and implements temporary or permanent fixes. Collaborates with business stakeholders and SMEs to resolve root causes, identify automation opportunities, and improve reporting and processes across distributed global teams.

Analyze, design, test, document, implement, and support iScala ERP services and changes. Troubleshoot incidents across ERP systems, databases, and integrations; perform root cause analysis; develop reports, interfaces, and automation using SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Epicor Service Connect. Support upgrades, deployments, testing environments, end-user training, documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders.

Configure, enhance, and support the Moveworks AI Assistant for HR processes. Develop chatbot conversations, maintain integrations with ServiceNow and Workday, analyze interaction data, troubleshoot platform issues, document configurations, and support testing and deployment in a hybrid Pune-based role.
