The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for driving sales of security and integrated systems, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various teams and successfully managing a complex sales process in the construction industry.

Manage order-to-cash sales operations including order entry, invoicing, customer portal coordination, CRM data hygiene, and recurring sales reporting. Provide customer service support for orders/returns, liaise with finance and operations, and coordinate trade compliance documentation with the Global Trade Compliance team.

Designs, tests, and analyzes mechanical components and systems for water-cooled chillers; prepares documentation and test programs; supports manufacturing through design changes; applies mechanical codes; reports project status and represents engineering in cross-functional activities. Requires strong communication and occasional travel (<20%).

Oversee global cyber assurance activities, manage audits, compliance requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective information security practices.

Sell Johnson Controls Security products and services to new and existing commercial customers within an assigned territory. Manage territory, generate leads, close profitable sales, renew agreements, process paperwork, and conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead contract engineering projects from order to completion, serving as primary customer contact. Review specifications, design solutions, oversee build/testing, manage budgets and schedules, resolve commercial issues, and coach team members to meet departmental objectives and improve performance.

Design and develop air- and water-cooled chillers including mechanical and electrical analysis, component selection, engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation. Provide cross-functional technical support to production, lab, service, applications, and marketing. Execute DFMEA, failure analysis, manufacturing support, and release engineering changes to meet program schedules and customer specifications.

Lead complex AI and analytics projects using Palantir Foundry to translate Finance and Lead Gen needs into operationalized ML solutions. Work across data modeling, mining, visualization, and model implementation; validate results with stakeholders, improve data quality, and document models for reuse and scale.

Lead and mentor a development team to design, implement, test, and release .NET-based systems. Collaborate with architects and scrum teams, drive epics to completion, perform code reviews, manage releases, and use Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases. Front-end React experience preferred; apply system design and problem-solving to deliver high-quality solutions.

Design, specify, and implement industrial machine control systems from concept through commissioning. Select hardware (PLCs, motion controllers, motor drivers), create IO lists, state diagrams, panel and cable designs, integrate industrial communications (EtherCAT/OPC UA/CANOpen/ModbusTCP), ensure safety interlocks and machine safety, perform FMEA/risk assessments, work with vendors, and troubleshoot wiring and control logic to optimize machine performance.
