The Moveworks AI Agent Developer is responsible for configuring, enhancing, and supporting AI-driven HR solutions to enable various Human Resources–centric processes. Within the HR Technology team, the AI Agent Developer will partner with the ServiceNow HR Technology Leader and Digital Content/AI Product Manager to support requirements gathering, configure Moveworks, assist with integrations to other HR applications, and deliver solutions aligned with JCI standards.
This role will primarily focus on hands-on configuration and development of enhancements, supporting integrations with other applications (ServiceNow and Workday), and troubleshooting issues related to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Assistant (Moveworks). This position is a hybrid role based in Pune, India, combining in-office and remote work, and collaborates closely with global HR technology teams.
How you will do it
• Hands-on configuration and enhancement of the Moveworks AI Assistant / Chatbot
• Partner with ServiceNow and Workday technical teams to support and maintain integrations
• Analyze chatbot interaction data and assist in updating AI Assistant skills
• Configure Moveworks paths and conversations based on defined requirements
• Enable and support Moveworks plugins and platform features
• Partner with Moveworks support on technical issues and platform-related questions
• Support enhancement delivery from concept through deployment, Including Coordination of testing as necessary.
• Stay informed about Moveworks updates, new features, and best practices
• Document technical configurations, system changes, and enhancement activities
• Provide technical support to HR stakeholders and assist with end-user guidance as needed
• Assist with unit testing and participate in system and integration testing to ensure solution stability

• 5 years of relevant technical experience

• Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee self-service)
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams in a structured environment
