Role Overview
The iScala Technical Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, testing, documentation, implementation, and ongoing support of iScala ERP changes and related technical services. You will work closely with IT technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure the platform continues to support day-to-day operations.
What will you do?
Perform technical analysis, design, testing, documentation, and implementation of changes to iScala ERP services, solutions, and processes.
- Provide technical support for iScala users and work with IT technical teams to resolve incidents, defects, and service issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues across iScala ERP, databases, and external integrations, including root cause analysis.
- Support iScala Edge Apps, advanced functionality, localization requirements, and electronic invoicing processes where applicable.
- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and automation using MS SQL Server 2019, SSRS, SSIS, SQL programming, and Epicor Service Service Connect.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, deployment activities, and testing across Build, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
- Document technical solutions, support procedures, and changes clearly to improve handover, auditability, and long-term maintainability.
- Support end-user training and knowledge sharing to improve adoption and reduce repeat issues.

What are we looking for?
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in iScala technical support, ERP applications, or a similar technical analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of iScala ERP and related technologies, with experience supporting complex business processes.
- Practical experience with MS SQL Server 2019, SSRS report development, SSIS development, and SQL programming.
- Experience with Epicor Service Connect integration development and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyse issues, document solutions, and support multiple complex services or processes across functional areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with iScala Edge Apps, localization, and electronic invoicing.
