The Card Services Representative 2 is responsible for administrative support of credit and debit card programs, addressing inquiries from cardholders, monitoring reports, and performing reconciliations and accounting functions.

Responsible for designing solutions for endpoint environments, supporting IT and business teams, and maintaining endpoint management systems.

Manage audit staff, plan audit assignments, monitor fieldwork, prepare reports, assess findings, ensure compliance with internal standards, and collaborate with business leaders.
