Lead cross-functional initiatives, evaluate market and geopolitical risks, recommend supplier investments and transitions, partner with Product Management and Finance, use analytics and AI for decision-making, and mentor sourcing team members.

Manage supplier relationships, sourcing strategies, negotiations, contracts, cost analysis, risk mitigation, and supplier performance for national brands. Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support cost, service, supply continuity, and business growth. Use analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve sourcing decisions and workflows while maintaining accurate sourcing data and contingency plans.

Provides Level 2 support for supplier and provider data requests, maintaining product and customer records through SQL and operational tools. Investigates data discrepancies, production errors, rejected feeds, and system issues; validates updates, documents resolutions, manages service-level requests, and escalates complex problems. Collaborates with engineering and business partners to resolve root causes and improve data quality, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Define product vision and roadmaps for private-label healthcare product categories, including IoT-enabled solutions. Analyze market, customer, sales, and competitive data to guide pricing, innovation, and portfolio strategy. Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, proof-of-concept development, pilots, launches, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver customer value and grow revenue and margins. Apply AI and analytics to improve products, processes, and market responsiveness.

Supports the Sales organization through data analysis, performance reporting, process and CRM improvement, and data-driven recommendations. The intern collaborates with stakeholders, uses AI and technology to optimize workflows, communicates insights to leadership, and gradually assumes ownership of projects and cross-functional initiatives while receiving training and coaching.

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service providers, responding to phone and email requests, diagnosing needs, managing escalations, documenting actions and SLAs, and coordinating issue resolution. The role supports customer outcomes, process improvements, new-hire training, mentoring, and special projects. It requires consistent communication, multitasking, ticketing-system use, core-hours availability, and participation in approximately six annual 24/7 on-call rotations.

Prospect and convert underdeveloped Senior Living accounts into customers using data-driven outreach and digital sales tools. Build relationships with decision makers, close new business, coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs, and transition new accounts to Account Management. Use predictive analytics and dashboards to inform territory growth strategies and support product, financing, safety, and compliance inquiries.
