Lead end-to-end email marketing: manage campaign calendar, build/QA/deploy batch sends in Zeta, design lifecycle journeys and triggered flows, run A/B tests, develop segmentation and personalization, monitor deliverability and list health, analyze performance, and collaborate with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, and DTC teams to drive revenue and retention.

Six-month, full-time internship supporting Sales and Sales Operations: perform weekly sell-through analysis, monitor logistics and inventory, manage product referencing and samples, support value-channel close-outs, assist with B2B tool (Columbia Connect), and produce ad-hoc analyses using Excel and Power BI. Participate in sell-in meetings and operational projects to optimize account performance.

Drive regional account relationships and execute sales plans to meet revenue goals. Build forecasts, present seasonal products, gather market and consumer insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage territory logistics including sample lines and travel.
