Analyze complex customer, point-of-sale, loyalty, media, and digital engagement data to generate business insights. Build statistical and machine learning models for personalized marketing, promotional effectiveness, and paid media across multiple restaurant brands. Translates consumer, competitive, operational, and financial insights into growth recommendations. Oversees launch readiness, cross-functional alignment, performance analysis, and post-launch optimization while managing one Category Specialist.

Manage and optimize owned eCommerce channels across web and mobile platforms. Lead menu merchandising, content execution, digital feature prioritization, UAT, delivery channel growth, marketplace support, and test-and-learn initiatives. Analyze performance metrics including traffic, conversion, check size, and CSAT to identify improvements. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, IT, product, brand, and technology teams to execute digital commerce strategies and improve customer experiences.

Supports franchise legal regulatory compliance, including FTC filings, FDD renewals, amendments, exemption filings, notices, agreements, and legal file management. Coordinates with business teams, outside counsel, and state administrators; manages franchise-related documentation, audits, lender materials, and SBA items. Assists with business development compliance, special projects, and drafting transactional documents. Requires strong organization, communication, legal documentation, and contract administration skills.

Leads enterprise capital planning across technology, shared services, and restaurant investments. Oversees capital governance, business case evaluation, portfolio prioritization, forecasting, variance analysis, value realization, operating expense impacts, and executive reporting. Partners with cross-functional leaders and manages a five-person finance team while improving planning frameworks, financial systems, reporting quality, and investment decision processes.

Leads global franchise revenue and accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, controls, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Oversees teams, process improvement, automation, systems implementations, acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while partnering with Finance, Treasury, IT, and business leadership. Manages 5–7 direct reports and supports public company readiness across approximately 33,000 franchise locations.

Leads franchise sales and development across the United States, including territory strategy, lead generation, candidate screening, qualification, deal negotiation, and development agreement execution. Builds relationships with prospective and existing franchisees, coordinates cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and legal, and ensures candidates progress efficiently through approval and closing processes.
