Leads enterprise Major Incident and Problem Management processes, serving as Incident Commander during high-severity technology disruptions. Coordinates technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders; facilitates bridge calls; communicates business impact and resolution status to executives; drives root cause analysis and corrective actions; and improves ITSM governance, documentation, service reliability, and operational maturity across interconnected digital, infrastructure, integration, and enterprise platforms.

Draft and administer franchise development contracts, amendments, transfers, terminations, and disclosure documents. Maintain contract data in databases, coordinate high-volume transactions, review returned documents and funds for accuracy, and support franchisees and cross-functional teams. The role requires strong document comprehension, communication, organization, prioritization, and deadline management, with knowledge of franchising, FTC compliance, and legal document templates preferred.

Provides financial planning and analysis support for Technology, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance analysis, reporting, software and contract labor spend analysis, and ad hoc decision support. Partners with Technology leaders to improve cost projections, identify savings opportunities, enhance reporting processes, and support staffing decisions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, financial modeling, and data presentation skills.

Manage corporate governance and Board processes, including meeting materials, minutes, resolutions, evaluations, D&O questionnaires, insider trading compliance, stock ownership tracking, proxy statement preparation, and SEC-related filings. Partner with executives, directors, Finance, HR, Investor Relations, and legal stakeholders. Support M&A and capital markets due diligence while maintaining sensitive information and improving legal processes through governance and filing technologies.

Prepares income tax provisions, uncertain tax benefit calculations, reconciliations, journal entries, effective tax rate projections, and tax reporting. Maintains SOX controls, tax payment records, and OneSource Tax Provision reports. Supports tax returns, purchase accounting, audits, tax planning, process improvements, and special finance projects while collaborating across accounting and tax teams.

Owns end-to-end execution of HR initiatives from intake through delivery, coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, risks, and outcomes. Maintains HR roadmaps, OKRs, tracking tools, documentation, playbooks, and reporting. Partners with HR centers of excellence, HR business partners, operations, and HR technology teams to align priorities and improve execution. Provides insights, executive materials, and process improvements while supporting compliance, scalable practices, and consistent ways of working.

Supports G&A budgeting, headcount planning, workforce forecasting, monthly variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partners with Brands and Shared Services leaders to analyze staffing costs, workforce trends, and efficiency opportunities. Provides ad hoc analysis, improves planning and reporting processes, and ensures accurate, timely headcount data. Serves as a Finance Business Partner helping leaders align staffing strategies and resources with business objectives.
