Leads Raytheon Australia’s Contracts and Supplier Governance function, overseeing customer and supplier contracts throughout the contract lifecycle. Responsibilities include commercial negotiations, procurement and supplier governance, risk mitigation, budget and performance management, government contracting, strategic planning, and leadership development. The role manages senior customer and supplier relationships, collaborates globally across contracts and supply chain teams, and requires domestic and international travel.

Develop and execute enterprise infrastructure strategy across cloud, data center, network, edge, and security services. Advise infrastructure owners, evaluate emerging technologies, shape supplier engagement models, lead negotiations, and oversee vendor performance and governance. Build executive-level business cases and financial models while coordinating with architecture, cybersecurity, engineering, legal, finance, and global trade teams. Partners with program teams, Control Account Managers, and leadership on sourcing, production reporting, contract negotiations, baseline development, compliance, and process improvements.

Manages contracts and proposals throughout the acquisition lifecycle for hypersonic weapons programs. Responsibilities include contract administration, negotiation, customer correspondence, resolving contractual issues, drafting business letters, advising management on contractual risks and obligations, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. The role supports program reviews, proposal responses, compliance, intellectual property strategies, and contracting approaches for government and commercial customers.

Lead complex U.S. government proposal estimating and pricing activities, including pricing strategy, cost-volume preparation, Basis of Estimate reviews, compliance audits, management presentations, and customer price negotiations. Partner with Contracts, Finance, Program Management, Production Control, and technical teams. Support DCAA and DCMA audits, ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, TINA, and company procedures, and implement proposal-process improvements.

Support aerospace and defense program financial controls, including forecasting, EAC and LRE development, earned value reporting, variance analysis, invoicing, funding analysis, budget changes, work authorization, and financial reviews. Coordinate financial activities with program management and functional stakeholders while supporting program startup, implementation, reporting, and process improvement.

Designs, tests, implements, debugs, and supports SAP SLP/MDG ABAP applications. Partners with functional teams on technical specifications, estimates, design reviews, testing, documentation, upgrades, change control, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis. Provides advanced troubleshooting, on-call support, vendor coordination, and technical leadership for SAP systems and development projects while following organizational standards and methodologies.

Leads the finance team supporting Tomahawk production contracts and manages three to four analysts. Responsibilities include financial forecasting and close processes, EAC/LRE management, variance analysis, funding and earned value reporting, commitment tracking, proposal review, and financial guidance to operations, supply chain, PMO, program leadership, and government customers.

Designs and integrates secure, cost-efficient IT environments for unclassified engineering laboratories. Responsibilities include network solution design, lab asset integration, systems administration across Windows and Linux environments, vulnerability remediation, cyber hygiene, compliance documentation, technical reviews, and issue resolution. The role also supports enterprise connectivity, engineering automation, infrastructure analysis, technical meetings, and mentoring while collaborating with engineering teams on computing requirements and end-to-end solutions.

Reports and analyzes earned value against program budgets and schedules; performs cost, schedule, funding, forecasting, and financial reporting. Identifies variances, trends, risks, and forecast changes, coordinates financial activities across Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams, and prepares management review presentations.
