The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The (S2P) SLP and MDG Systems Expert will design, unit test, debug, and implement SAP ABAP applications. The Systems Expert is required to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to customers. The SLP/MDG Systems Expert should have strong application development and systems integration experience. This person will adhere to Raytheon development standards and methodologies. This person will be capable of recommending and performing design reviews with peers and be able to recognize good processes and designs within SLP/MDG system. This position will work as part of a SAP ES DT team.
What You Will Do
Partner with functional teams to review functional specifications and produce technical design specifications
Provide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements
Design, unit test, and implement SAP SLP/MDG ABAP applications while working closely with functional teams
Resolve open issues and make decisions about alternate design approaches
Proactively provide work status
Follow development standards and methodology
Ensure that documentation is properly maintained
Support the change control process
Conduct design reviews with peers
Support application upgrades
Work Defects
Develop test plans for new or modified programs
Test, design, implement, and document fixes
Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis
Provide advanced problem solving and support, including on-call critical support
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years applicable experience or equivalent with at least 10 years of SLP/MDG Systems Expert Experience with SAP Business partner involving Vendors & Customers.
10+ years of experience implementing SAP SLP/MDG at different industry verticals with 10 years of SAP SLP/MDG workflow framework and design work
Strong customer service approach and effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
Expert troubleshooting techniques and ability to escalate issues properly and in a timely fashion with the ability to collaborate and work well with others and ability to lead technical development projects
Ability to engage vendor support on technical and functional issues and direct SAP SLP/MDG development team to resolve issues.
Qualifications We Prefer
Implementation experience using the scaled agile framework (SAFe) methodology and skills related to User Experience (UX)
Experience delivering ECC and DT solutions outside of the United States
Working knowledge of the OSS process and the ABAP development process
Experience extending SAP standard functionality using ABAP Objects and other modern SAP technologies.
Experience documenting As-Is and To-Be processes

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
